St Moritz overview

St Moritz is one of the most charming mountain destinations in Switzerland, and indeed anywhere in Europe. It sits down in the south of the country and is, first and foremost, a fantastic ski resort town. It is more than your average ski resort, though, with an incredible setting at serious altitude with classy hotels and resorts and well over 300 days a year of unfettered sunshine. St Moritz also has the honour of oldest winter resort and has played host to the Winter Olympics on more than one occasion. Apart from the skiing, there are bags of other snowy activities, along with incredible summer hiking and ancient spas. More so than anything, the setting is indescribable and the ambience assured.
