Davos overview

Location of the annual World Economic Forum gathering, delectable Davos, also one of the world’s top ski resorts, is popular in both the summer and winter. It lies in the middle of Graub?nden canton in the Swiss east and, despite its setting amid a valley, it is one of Europe’s highest cities. There is a massive amount of slopes to slide down in Davos in the winter, including significant cross-country runs and other snow-related activities, while the summer hiking is also popular. Off to the north is Klosters, while south is St Moritz. The best way to get in is via train from Zurich (two hours).
